Like any piece of machinery, the more you use it, the more it will wear, and as the machine gets older the more likely it will be that you will need to call on an engineer when something goes wrong.
Here at Esprit, we offer a flexible preventative maintenance plans for your machine and plasma system that are designed to identify problems before they become critical and cause a breakdown at an inconvenient time.
Which contract is best for you?
We offer a choice of 2, 3 or 4 services during the 12 month period of the contract that are designed to match the runtime of your machines:
2 visits per year (every 6 months)
Recommended for machine usage based on a 40 hour working week.
3 visits per year (every 4 months)
Recommended for machine usage based on a 50 hour working week.
4 visits per year (every 3 months)
Recommended for machine usage based on 50 + hour working week.
What’s included in a preventative maintenance contract?
Our experienced engineer will carry out a thorough 66 point check on your machine and plasma system, these include:
- Full CNC & plasma diagnostics
- Calibrating the drive system
- Inspecting all drive axes
- Checking squareness and cut quality
- Ensuring correct operation of your extraction table
The engineer will provide you with an electronic copy of the report showing all that has been checked, along with recommendations of any items that have needed replacing and how urgent they are.
What are the benefits?
A contract offers a cheaper alternative to a one off machine service and comes with additional benefits:
- Priority for service visits
This gives you a faster call out time (over non-contract holders) for any breakdowns you may have so we can get you up and running as fast as possible.
- Save 10% on labour
A discount of 10% is given on labour and travel time costs for any emergency repair work required throughout the duration of the contract.
